This place was a triumph in these categories. To begin, our table share the appetizer sampler, a perfect selection of primarily cured meats from the Emilia-Romagna region. I then enjoyed the tagliatelle con porcini from the seasonal menu. The handmade pasta was absolutely divine: both airy and light but substantially rich to offer an incredibly satisfying chew. Zabaiolone for dessert, my mouth was singing an aria all the way home. You should definitely make a reservation if you can. If not, arrive 20min before they open and it is possible you will get a table. Many people in our line did (we had a reservation). ”
